Pick from one store per order. Sizes, stock and prices are shown clearly.

Pay securely
Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

The seller ships with tracking
You get a notification with the carrier and tracking number, and photos of the parcel from the seller.

Delivered, and you can rate it
Cancel within 2 hours of paying, or get a refund for anything the seller cannot supply. Rate the store after delivery.
No surprises
You see every charge before you pay.
Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is worked out from the weight of your order and your address, and the total is locked when you place your order, so the price never changes afterwards.

Where is DesiDots available?
The app is available on the App Store, and coming soon to Google Play. USA stores ship across the United States, and India stores ship by air to US addresses.
How long does an order from India take?
Usually 1 to 2 weeks after the seller ships it. Parcels from India pass through US customs, which can add time. Food items can be held at customs.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, within 2 hours of paying, as long as the seller has not shipped it, because sellers start preparing food soon after you pay. If the seller has not shipped after 8 days, you can cancel for a full refund. If the seller cannot supply something, you can ship the rest and be refunded for the missing items, or cancel the whole order. Read the full Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Is my card information safe?
Payments are taken on Stripe’s own secure page. DesiDots never sees or stores your card number.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile and tap “Delete my account”, or email privacy@desidots.com. Your data is deleted after a 30-day grace period. See the details on our delete account page.
